<p>if you've filled out the Part 1 application, your student ID # is probably on the address label of any recent mailings you've got from USC. otherwise you can try calling. chances are they may have mentioned it in an email before you realized what it was, also.</p>

<p>The online application login info says that if you've received any mail from USC admissions, it will be on the top of the address label.</p>
<p>You can always ask them for your USC ID. Go to Contact Admissions. One of the scroll-downs, it'll say "I need my USC number." Place your contact information there to get it. I placed my name, high school, and e-mail address. I'd recommend not putting anything else because you never know if it's encrypted or safe.</p>

If you don't have a USC ID number or the stickers, you put down your ssn in the space at the top where it says "Attach bar code label here, if available, or write your USC ID number here."?</p>
<p>I'm perplexed because there is an entry in Part I for the ssn.</p>
<p>USC admissions says you are to put ONE of these in that box:</p>
<ol>
<li> Place a barcode sticker that you received from USC.</li>
<li> Write your name and SSN (yes, it is already on the form but this makes it easier to find for filing purposes.</li>
<li> Write your name and birthdate (you can do this if you want to keep your SSN private.)</li>
