USC Library Receives Literary Donation

<p>The family of the late journalist, Ruben Salazar, has donated a large collection of his writings, letters, cards and other items of historical value to the USC libraries. </p>

<p>During his lifetime Mr. Salazar was one of few Latinos at the time to write for a major newspaper. More information about his career can be found on the USC website: University</a> of Southern California .</p>

<p>The SC libraries have also received papers, correspondence, clippings, photos and notes from the first term of California Governor Jerry Brown.</p>

<p>Other donations have come from Poland’s National Institute of Music and Dance.</p>
