jamiedp, I am sorry to read about your situation. A few suggestions:
"However, because of the nature of my situation as an International student from England, I have been unable to provide some of the necessary materials that the application would normally require, please consider that this is no fault of my own." This is a run-on sentence. I would also suggest eliminating "For your information"--it sounds a bit rude, and doesn't add anything. Is there a reason your current school in LA can't give you sealed transcripts now, for you to add to your package before submitting? Best of luck getting this sorted out.

Wow. I would hope that your application did not leave the building, so to speak, and is probably on somebody's desk to be reviewed for something or other. Perhaps when you speak to the asst dean or whomever, they may have an idea of who could have been reviewing the app last and check around. Hopefully it will turn up meanwhile and you won't have to hunt down the remaining items.
What a pain- I'm sorry you are having to deal with this. I think your note sounded pretty good - just try not to let your anger get the best of you. You still want these people to admit you so be careful not to sound too accusatory when you speak to them ( even though it is clearly their fault LOL )
Good luck!

Thanks guys. I handed my in my second app and now it's in processing

I'd also suggest having your HS college counselor call USC to help speed your app & processing along. I hope you also included a file-stamped copy of the document which proves you submitted your original app on time--if not, send it to them now, with your USC ID#. Good luck & keep us posted.
