<p>Recently the USC Marshall School of Business has completed plans for the new business complex and received a $5 million cash gift from the Brittingham Foundation. This week alumnus, William McMorrow, has contributed a major donation to establish and endow a new program in Global Real Estate. The new program will complement Marshall's strong program in international business.</p>
<p>William McMorrow earned both his B.S. and M.B.A. from Marshall. He is chairman and CEO of Kennedy Wilson an international real estate investment company based in Beverly Hills, CA. Mr. McMorrow serves on the Board of the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate.</p>
