USC merit based aid quick question!

Alright so long story short I'd very much like to get an estimate on how much merit based aid I could get from USC. They say on their website it's based on academics, athletics, and leadership and the average award is $15k... so let me know what you think I could possibly get, if anything.

Here are a few of my achievements.. or the most important ones anyway.

32 ACT, might get that to a 33 when the next scores come out
Weighted GPA: 4.86
Took 7 AP classes already, passed all tests, got 5's in 4 of them
Taking 4 AP classes this year
Editor in Chief of the school paper
President of the Debate team, and national qualifier in debate
Captain of Mock Trial
Captain of Tennis Team
National Hispanic Scholar
AP Scholar with Distinction

Any shot at getting merit based aid?

Does USC give NHispanic scholars the 50% tuition scholarships like they give to NMFs?

If so, you’ll get that.

Keep in mind that USC meets need, so if you have a good amount of need, the scholarship goes towards need.

I believe that aid is based on SAT score, my DDs friend got it back in 2001 and it was based on SAT, he had not even applied there, just got one of those offer letters encouraging him to apply and telling him the auto award he would receive.

If the OP is asking about the University of Southern California,/U the *only * automatic scholarship is the NMF 1/2 tuition Presidential (based on the PSAT), and admission is not automatic or guaranteed - the scholarship is only awarded if the NMF is accepted.

There are no automatic scholarships based on SAT scores.

There is no automatic scholarship at University of Southern California for National Hispanic Scholars, but having that designation is both an admissions advantage and may help in scholarship consideration.
