USC or Emory

I have been admitted to USC as a spring admit, and admitted to Emory. I plan on majoring in some business field (perhaps accounting) and possibly going to law school after. I know USC accounting is highly ranked, but i feel like Marshall overall is really competitive and being a spring admit will put me at a disadvantage against my peers. Also I chose business admin as my major (it would be really helpful if anyone knows how I can change to accounting). As for emory, I know undergrads usually apply to goizeuta after 3-4 semesters and admission to goizueta is no way guaranteed, so there’s competition in that too. Also I think I would prefer a school with a smaller student body over large. All in all, I’m very conflicted as to which school I should attend. Any input would be much appreciated, as well as any corrections to my pov on either schools
