USC or UCD for Communications?

CA resident here,
I was accepted into UC Davis and USC for Communications, however the only thing preventing me from choosing USC is the cost.

Attending USC will cost me around 14k a year, while UCD will only be my EFC of 2k because I have the regents scholarship.
USC no doubt has a more prestigious program, but I could avoid around 55k in debt if I go for the UC. Is USC worth it?

I agree–its one the premier programs of its kind in the nation. You wouldnʻt attend USC for its agriculture economics program would you (well, and it does not have one)??
