I would like to know if I stand a chance at transfering to USC Marshall as a sophomore with a 2.8-3.0 high school GPA and 1790 SAT score. I currently have 9 units in my CC and am taking 15 units this semester so by the time I apply I will have less than 30 units.

Chances are slim to be honest. They will weigh your HS record if you apply with less than 30 units, and your HS record is pretty bad.

Try to transfer as a junior. Try to be in the 3.6-4.0 range for Marshall.

Oh, well what else can I do to improve my chances of getting in? what kind of ECs?
