I was wondering what the chances are of me getting a Spring Grade Request if I applied as a Sophomore Transfer to USC Viterbi. I applied with 38 units and I'm taking 14 units right now. I put down a GPA of 3.86 on my application. I don't feel confident in my classes this semester so I'm hoping that I don't get an SGR. Help?

Hi,

I have a question, where did you put your gpa on the commonapp? when i applied i only put in my high school gpa which is kind of a bit lower than my college gpa…
and i dont know about SGR… I hope they dont for you since you have so many units, but worst case scenario is that they do, so just try really hard to do well! good luck.

You have 52 Semester units as a freshman? how is that possible? Are you sure its not 52 quarter units?
If so, I believe that 52 should be enough to see whether or not you will be accepted.

@angieyeh i think they just calculate it themselves. You don’t input one.

I’m actually in my second year of college. I just don’t have enough units (i’m assuming) to apply as a junior. Woops. I guess on the common app you don’t explicitly put down your GPA. Sorry for the confusion.
