<p>Hey guys i was on the usc website and i only found the teacher recommendation form for freshmens and i was wondering if anyone could tell me where i could find the form for people applying as transfers.</p>
<p>When I applied last year, there was no form for transfers. I believe they are not available for transfers because they are not required! However, I submitted a letter of rec in a sealed/signed envelope when I submitted a copy of my official transcripts and other documents! </p>
