USC Transfer Applicant 2020 - Rejected and Appealing

Hello. I wanted to ask the transfer admits which got rejected and appealed, how long does it take for them to respond to you? I got my rejection on May 22 and I submitted by appeal yesterday, May 27th. I have to sign up for summer classes soon, so I want to prepare myself, but it’s giving me so much anxiety!

Major: Accounting
GPA: 4.0
Transferring from a : CC

It could be as long as mid August just before classes start and still be a rejection. Transfer appeals have no formal process and are put at the bottom of the pile of things to work on. Harsh but true. One may hear earlier but should not plan on that. Many years there have been no successful transfer appeals, but I get trying all you can - every year is a different scenario.
