Hello, I trying to transfer into USC’s School of Engineering,Viterbi.
However, I am a little worried because my GPA is below the average GPA. I am trying to get in for computer science and the classes I’m taking are well above what is expected of sophomore transfers. Here is the list of courses that I will have completed by Spring 2016. I am currently at Cal Poly SLO majoring in computer science and trying to make that jump to USC.
Computer Science Fundamentals, I, II, and III
Calculus I,II,III,IIII
Differential Eqs
Linear Algebra
Physics I,II
Chemistry I
English: Argumentation(Req for USC)
GE courses
So with those courses and a few GE’s, what are the chances that I can make USC with a 3.55 as my GPA. Given that this GPA could possibly be around 3.6 or 3.63 but isn’t because of a small family emergency back in Fall Quarter.
