what other schools have u USC transfer applicants applied to, and what's your number 1 choice school?

i've only applied elsewhere to northwestern. usc is my top choice, though, as i am irrevocably tied to southern california, both in work and play.

BUMP

Regarding GPA, in conjunction with the articulation office, I figured out mine is actually 3.66. At my current institution, it's at 3.74, but since I'm applying to Annenberg, my journalism courses won't transfer over. Despite this, does anybody have any idea if they will at least take into account that I've done well in my major while here?

is your major now the same as the one you are transfering to?

yes, i'm a double major in print journalism and philosophy and i'm applying to print journalism.

is anyone applying as a BS in Music Industry at USC? im curious to know how popular the major is, and what stats will get a transfer student in. i've heard its a good major.

guitarshark, have u already applied for fall?

yea, and the wait is killing me. its the only school i applied to, so if i dont get in im applying again next semester. about a month left right?

also, anyone know what are the cut offs for financial aid? when i was a kid my grandma set up a college account in my name, and its at about 70k right now. its screwed me out of a lot of need based scholarships (like it should) like cal grants and all that, but i wonder whats the assets cutoff for USC? anyone have an idea?

ya, we'll find in late May through june from what I hear

i don't know if this applies to all applicants, but annenberg admissions told me last week that they expect to send out notifications between may 10 and may 27.

which is annenberg? does it apply to polysci majors?
