So in my rejection letter today it says the basic "We are unable to offer. . ."
And near the end it says:
"After reviewing your application, we determined that you are among a special group of students whose eventual enrollment at USC is of great interest to us. As such, we have set aside time during the summer, from June 12th through July 1st, for you to meet with a member of our admission staff. Our aim is to help you establish a personalized transfer plan that will assist you in gaining admission to USC as a transfer student within the next two or three semesters."

Did anyone else get this message?
And also, does any current USC student have any eperience with this "Trojan Transfer Plan"?

I can tell you that it works - many successful transfer students used the TTP and were accepted. I suggest you ask on the transfer thread <a href=“Official USC 2014 Transfer Thread - #1351 by fightingtitan - Transfer Students - College Confidential Forums”>http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/transfer-students/1520682-official-usc-2014-transfer-thread-p91.html . There are applicants there using the TTP - you can ask them questions about the process and watch their cycle and see how it goes for them. Good luck!

My daughter’s classmate is on that plan and so far seems on track. Completing the suggested list of General Ed requirements at another college. If the grades are good, the student will transfer to USC.

Hi! I got the same letter last year and decided to go with it. I kept in contact with my admission counselor throughout the year and made sure to meet the requirements. I was SGRed (spring grade requested) in late April so I sent in my official transcript as soon as my grades were in. Accepted into Dornsife yesterday! I’ll be a sophomore in the fall, by the way

Congrats, sunsetbeach. I guess we can now say welcome and “Fight on!”
