USC, Electrical engineering ,M.S.
U penn, system in school of applied science and enginnering, M.S.E
JHU, ECE, M.S.E
columbia,electrical enginnering,M.S.
which one is better?

If you’re from the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic area, which I’m assuming you are I say Columbia. No real reason, just my intuition.

I am a international student, and I don’t know much about what these schools are really like in American people’s eyes. Is there anyone can help to me analyze each school’s advantages and disadvantages, and better to give a comparison. Thank you very much, it’s really hard for me to choose…

Dear Asher,

Im an international student too and guess what, Ive got almost a similar predicament. USC Vs Umn Vs Upenn for me.

But if I were you, I’d take columbia - because the place is just known for producing quality engineers and is also an ivy school.

Penn offers so much though, doesn’t it. The “One University” policy really has me thinking. I like Penn a lot, and I think it offers me so much more than the other schools.

But in your case, I think Columbia is probably a stand out admit. A lot also depends on ur course and faculty. But if you have made a decision, please do let me know.

Cheers

JHU/Columbia is gonna be the way to go…Flip a coin and see what happens.
