USC vs Auburn Halftime show...

<p>Please, someone video the halftime show and post it on Youtube. I won't be able to go to the game, although I went to the last two home games.</p>

<p>Allen Vizzutti, one of the worlds most famous trumpet players, who is "Artist in Residence" at USC will be a special guest performer playing Fire Dance with the marching band at halftime. I know that doesn't mean a lot to non-musicians, but it will mean the world to the band kids and it would be nice to know that it is recorded somewhere.</p>

<p>Imagine a trumpet student being able to claim that he performed with Allen Vizzutti in front of a sold out stadium crowd of 84,000 people and televised to an audiance of 3 million people (although unfortunately the broadcast will probably not include the halftime performance - maybe a few seconds of it).</p>

<p>I totally appreciate Allen Vizzutti! A poster of him was in our band room at my high school. :)</p>

<p>One of my friends is in the band, so we’ll definitely be watching.</p>

is it possible the marching band has a policy of taping the performances themselves? maybe you can get a copy from them</p>

<p>I didn’t get it on tape, but it wouldn’t have been good from where I was anyways.</p>

<p>I could barely hear the band during the half-time.</p>
