USC vs. CAL for policy, planning, development

hi! im completely undecided between USC (policy, planning, and development/sociology) and CAL (social welfare/sociology) and i have some questions and would love for some opinions. i most likely plan to double major and im interested in a career in either non profit administration or urban policy.

do you recommend double majoring/ how challenging is it in regards to ppd and sociology? is graduating in 4 years realistic for double majoring?

how are your relationships with your professors? avg class size for social sciences? are grades inflated/deflated?

could the sppd tracks be further explained?
do you need to follow these tracks? if so at what point must you decide? is there flexibility with these tracks' required curriculum/ would i be able to switch easily?

what sort of research opportunities have you undertaken/ how prevalent are they?

what are your opinions on the ability to get internships/ connections for jobs? how is the career services office for ppd? im not sure i will be going to grad school so would going to cal or usc be perceived better?
