<p>well USC is alot better but since you are going for accounting, i dont think that matters</p>
<p>accounting majors learn the same material so it really doesnt matter that much
depends on the money you get</p>
<p>but if you want to say... double major in fianance and accounting, USC would be the way to go</p>
<p>overall i would suggest USC due to its better reputation and location(unless you want to work in wisconsin or midwest)</p>
<p>In finance UW places more people into stock analyst jobs than USC by far. Neither is heavily recruited by Ibanks so that's a wash. </p>

<p>Private schools have a little bit more flare. USC is a very good school in general. Both schools are hit by ibanks, and if you're ibanking material, you better believe they'll pick you up.</p>
<p>Plus, getting into ibanks is 95% connections and 5% balls.</p>
<p>USC. The accounting program is ranked in the top 5 nationally.</p>
