i also injured myself yesterday in sports so all i can do is sit and freak out lol</p>

<p>@gr8tmrob1903 i got 18k a year merit to u of miami which is nice since my family can’t get fin aid but college is still a stretch! besides USC i’m also waiting on georgetown but since those are both so difficult i’m not counting on anything</p>

<p>Just got home, nothing in mail from USC today… Which means tomorrow I’m gonna wake up a zombie</p>
<p>Thankfully, my daughter was accepted today into the USC School of Dramatics Arts as a Theatre major. We live in Tampa, FL, and the acceptance packet arrived today. For those keeping track of these things… her FA portal had shown that major when there was a glitch before and she had received the Open House Invite for SDA. So, at least in her case, Invite & glitch showing major = acceptance. </p>

<p>My son is in. We are in the Chicago suburbs. If you’ll recall he was Undergrad/Undecided on the FA page. He did not get into either his first or second choice major. He has been admitted as a Spring Admit. It looks like he may do one of the Study Abroad programs in the Fall.</p>
<p>In a weird way this is a very unique opportunity.</p>
<p>@sfxchris, congratulations! My daughter just got into Tisch as well. We were really hoping for USC SCA, though, because as a National Merit Finalist, she would qualify for a half-tuition scholarship. But reading the tea leaves, it’s not looking like she will get a fat USC envelope. She had the unknown/unknown on her portal, and we are on the East Coast in the 2-day priority mail zone and received nothing from USC today.
