<p>Hi, I got accepted to both schools for an MS degree in electrical engineering, and I’m interested in
“power electronics” for renewable energy. For those who’re studying there, do you think your department has enough of this particular area? In terms of faculty, courses, research, and labs. From the websites, I sense that USF is a bit stonger, and has a more intense program for power electronics. However, I was told that UCF has professor Issa Batarseh who’s nationally considered among the best, especially in this area.</p>
