USF, UF, or MSU for premed?

I live in Michigan and I'm going to Michigan State for premed this fall--this is set in stone. My dad recently moved to Tampa (I'm moving there this summer with my family) and the doctors he works with rave over the University of South Florida's medical program, so naturally, my dad wants me to go there my sophomore year and graduate from there. The tuition is also only ~$6000 a year, while MSU is ~$13000 a year. I'm not looking forward to transferring, but my parents are paying, so I don't really have a choice. My other option is the University of Florida, which is also only ~$6000 a year, and it's a bit more prestigious. I plan on going to med school, obviously, and that will be expensive. As long as I stay in a Michigan school, I'll be eligible for in-state med school tuition in both Michigan AND Florida, so that expands my affordable med school options.

So my question is, should I convince my parents that staying at MSU is best for me, or should I go to USF or UF instead? By the way, I transferred high schools my freshman year and my GPA dropped a bit that year. I'm worried that will happen again if I transfer.

I should also add…
Since I lived in Michigan my whole life and graduated from a Michigan HS, I can have in-state tuition in Michigan as long as I continue going to school here. As soon as I move to a Florida school, I lose that opportunity. If I graduate from Michigan State, I’ll be eligible for in-state tuition for med school since I graduated from a Michigan school, but I’ll also get in-state in Florida since my parents will have lived there for over a year.
