USMA chances. Seems hopeless.

I feel like I have no hope of getting into the USMA with my act scores I just got back.

Here is my record:

SCHOLAR

Career gpa: 3.3
Class ranking: Top 50 out of roughly 600
ACT: 17/36 (This is what hurts most of all. I'm scheduled to retake the test in October, possibly September.)
I am on my schools Kick Off Mentor program.

ATHLETE:

Varsity letters: 3 (Track and field, Raider team, Drill team)

I am on my schools Kick Off Mentor program.

I know this is guessing a little too much, but it is very obvious that I will have a "national champion" title at Raider Nationals in this upcoming november raider natonals competition. The competition is a combination of most pushpus and situps.

I have an official 300 apft score
I have an official 430 cadet challenge score
I have an official 395 West point pt test score (Thats not what its called)

LEADER:

I am the Command Sergeant Major of the statistically best JROTC battalion in my entire brigade (4 states)

Teams lead: Raider team, Drill team

So my over all questions are:
1. What are the minimum ACT requirements for the USMA prep school?
2. Could I get into the USMA prep school with these current statistics?
3. Does anyone have any advice to improve my chances.

I'm looking for detailed, informative answers from knowledgeable and experienced people.

Try taking the SAT. Many students do better on that, including myself.
