USMAPS questions?

Hello all, currently an enlisted soldier and I was recently accepted into USMAPS, and was hoping you guys could answer a few questions.

  1. What are the chances of actually going to USMA from USMAPS?
  2. What happens if I fail to get into USMA? Will I go back to my unit or am I free to attempt ROTC at another school?
  3. What is life like at USMAPS? I understand it's less strict than USMA, but will I be able to leave on the weekends?

Your odds of getting into USMA from USMAPS are very good. The government would not bother sending you to a finishing school unless it thought you had a very good chance of admittance
