<p>This past fiscal year Berkeley raised 409 million. Berkeley's been in the silent phase of its endowment campaign since the end of 05 and its raised 1.3 billion so far. I think it will pass 3 billion unless we have an economic recession or even depression. The Vice Chancellor spoke spoke at the place I work and said they have alot of people in the position to give 25 to 50 million lined up.</p>
<p>During the 5-year capital fund-raising campaign which started in 2004 and is concluding now, NYU raised $2.73 billion so far, surpassing the goal of $2.5 billion.</p>
<p>More than $500 million per year, on the average.</p>
