UT Austin or Northeastern?

I'm majoring in economics at both schools, and I'm having a really hard time deciding between them. I got a full ride at UT, and 10K/year at Northeastern, so the money situation favors UT. Which should I choose?

Go to which ever you like best, I think Northeastern has the better business program, but a full ride at a school is tough to pass up. Go to where ever you see yourself going.

^According to the rankings, UT is usually around the top 10 for undergrad business whereas Northeastern isn't even in the top 25.

shoe7525: I would take everything said from the UT and Northeastern forums with a grain of salt. More than likely, you'll receive better (less biased) responses from the College Search & Selection forum.

I would think long and hard before turning down a full ride at a good school like UT. (And my son goes to NEU).

oh, thank you for the tip crs1909, i didn't really know where to put it, so i just used trial and error. thanks for the responses guys

UT Austin no doubt especially if you're majoring in Business. UT Austin is much more established, it has way better weather, a way better city, quite honestly much more well known for job placement, and unless you are partial to the northeast and the boston area i see no reason for you to go to NEU.

I concur with schismmanifesto. Definitely UT Austin, and it's free!

I would choose UT Austin, but I disagree with schismmanifesto. The weather is better in Boston (seasons, to me summer is worst part of year, etc.)
