UT-Austin, UC-Davis, or Duke for undergraduate engineering?

I've been accepted to all three schools with a biomedical engineering major, although im not sure if i will be sticking entirely to that major. I plan to go on to graduate school and become a research scientist. I have also been accepted to the honors program at UT-Austin. Financially, Davis is nearly a full ride, while Duke and UT will end up costing about the same, although Im not too concerned with the money.

I'm wondering if any of these schools is definitely stronger academically than the others. Does the undergraduate university mean as much as I'm putting into it, or should i just go to whichever i feel the most comfortable at, assuming they are of equivalent value?

Duke is academically superior, but a full ride at Davis is hard to beat. UT is not worth the cost over Duke.

People gave you lots of information and their opinions there; now you just need to determine what’s most important to you. Good luck with your decision.

Duke hands down overall and for BME.

If you don’t take the full ride at Davis ----then Duke.
