UCLA is a match.
UC SB and irvine are matches.
University or Miami will be a reach, again shoot for that 28 but even then you will be on the lower end, hopefully your ecs will make up for that!
Baylor is a good match, your right in the middle as it is.
As a side note, you have a lot of ECs but honestly colleges care a lot more about you having an impressive leadership role and serious commitment to one activity than 50 so try to emphasize anything that you have awards in or leadership roles.</p>
