I am international student and will be starting graduate study in IOE this fall. I have admits from UT Austin and Michigan but am in a dilemma as to choose which. Michigan has a very strong IOE program which ranks second but is very expensive and no chance of getting RA or TA ship. UT on the other hand ranks lower and has a very small IOE program but decent chances of funding. How do these two compare in terms of prospects after graduation, course structure etc.
