UT Transfer

<p>I'm currently a student at UTD planning to UT COLA with a 3.8 GPA. I'll have 16 credits by March and 31 by June. Will it decrease my chances that I won't have the 30 done by the application deadline? And if so, how much of a difference does it make?</p>
