Utah State Using My Weighted GPA Instead of Unweighted

So I have decided that I am going to Utah State next year as a freshman and I will be out of state.
I also have a 3.93 weighted and a 3.67 unweighted GPA and a 30 ACT.

The issue is that I got the out of state tuition waiver for 70% off my first year (then I go in state tuition), but they only use unweighted GPA. If they use my weighted GPA I would qualify for their next higher scholarships that is 90% for 2 years, but they go by unweighted.

Do you think there is any way that I could get Utah State to use my weighted GPA so that I could get the next highest scholarship?

I agree…no…unless your midterm grades get you above the unweighted threshold.
