Being raised in Africa and having visited quite a couple of countries, I found that girls were kinda different in every culture (from the really easy ones in....... to the "u don`t stand a chance ones" in India) Anyway in my pursuit for a well rounded education I must ask how the girls in UVA are, ( are they snobby? will they be fascinated by my accent? or do I need to do a lot of chasing to get ....?) I will be in school to learn but then all work and no play will make me ..... boy. I will be in school to study but then man shall not live by books alone ... plus according to maslow we all need to .......... hope this doesnt offend anybody.

Yes, they are all very, very good looking. Definitely some of the best you'll see at any top school, and they certainly know how to dress.

girls here dress very very well and are very physically attractive.

the key to get them is alcohol.

Okay but that's implying that the girls here are stupid and irresponsible if they succumb to the effects of alcohol alone...

And then you're gonna be sued for rape or sexual assault, my friend.

lol

they are not stupid, and a lot of them are responsible. it's not like they would all become whores/have sex with you when they are drunk. Drinking and socializing is a lot of girls' lifestyle................

what if I succumb to the effects of alcohol and get seduced, i am a very good looking african, Do I get to sue them for rape or sexual assault or will my case look foolish?

If you're a girl the laws are stacked in your favor. But it sounds like you're a little unfamiliar with how alcohol affects the body.

yea i know, how should i put this, fortunately I don`t drink

Hehehehehehehehehe...

Drinking's not terrible if you do it in moderation.

CH3CH2OH =/ rape or sexual assualt.

I'd say drink a small amount to feel the early euphoric effects so you're comfortable in your surroundings and can make intelligent and smooth conversations.

But unless, of course, if you can do all of that being completely sober... since as you described, you are "very good looking." High self-esteem is surely a tactful preface to acquiring crushes.

So qx3benzene, you drink to talk to girls? Well, I know a couple of guys who do, it works for some and others have no idea what kinda girls they are getting with, but if moderation gets you laid then by all means let the "moderate boozing" continue. I guess its only harmful if you over do it.

No, talking to girls is easy for me. I can do it without alcohol because I speak their language... I am a girl. :)

My point is this: there were many convictions I thought I would forever holdon to even after transitioning to college. Fortunately, I ended up letting go of many because 1. there were no notable disadvantages to their absence and 2. I became more inclusive and met more amazing people.

You will go into college with a lot of "I don't"s. Most likely, you'll graduate having more "I've done that"s than your ambitious HS senior self would've ever imagined. ;)

Lol, sorry about the mixup, I guess you are right, my parents don
t drink so I didn
t expect any of my siblings to so imagine my shock when I went to a party this past christmas and saw my sister guzzling up (she just finished college in Britain) when she saw me she told me it was the first time she was drinking ( I guess I look real gullible). I went to a boarding school, and saw a lot of people change, smoking weed and all ( we do have the best where I come from) so yea I guess I just have to wait and see ... hopefully I will return home the same.

They's nothing wrong with drinking. Drinking to excess, though, is another matter. If you just drink enough to get a lift and loosen up, you'll find it enjoyable.
