UVA vs UCLA - business

Hey! This is probably an overly-discussed topic - I've explored the other threads on this site, but I'm hoping to seek recent opinions on both schools.

I'm inclined towards majoring in business (finance), so in terms of
1. career prospects in say, NYC or even globally
2. prestige, and
3. education experience,
which college is a better option? I'm an international student, so the cost for attending either school is the same, except that I can carry over credits from high school to UVA and graduate in 3 instead of 4 years. Also, which school is easier to get into the business major, since we have to be selected for the comm school in UVA based on grades - which is an uncertainty factored into my decision.

I have consulted my senior in UVA, but she's always been a really good student - a different level from me - so I would like to gather extra opinions on the level of competitiveness in either school. Is it the super-hard-to-score-A even if you stay up till 4am daily kind, or is ... 12 midnight a late enough time?

Thank you :) for your help! Really appreciate it

As for your plan to graduate in 3 years, I’m not sure that is possible if you are thinking about the Comm School at UVa. That would mean you would have to apply and be accepted during your first year. First of all, I am not sure the Comm School considers first year applicants. Secondly, I think it would be highly unlikely, even with credits coming in, that you could complete the Comm School prerequisites during your first year.
