I finally decided on WashU but have recently started to reconsider UVa. I would like to study IR and polisci - something that would prepare me well for both foreign service or American politics. At WashU, I have full tuition and a stipend whereas at UVa, I will be paying 23,000 the first year and if I move back home the second, 16,000. I am close to my family and siblings so UVa would be close though I'm not sure if that would prevent me from fully immersing myself in my school. I would like to attend law school or go into the Peace Corps if that's relevent. Does UVa have any special programs for its undergrads for its law school (idk if law schools have similar combined programs like medical schools do)? Is it harder to get into UVa law from UVa or from somewhere else? Do they also have in-state quotas and if so, is residency your undergrad school or your parent's home state?

Also, I would love to do student government, community service, habitat, inter-faith work while I'm in college. Do either have striking clubs/opportunities or are known for their activism? I'm also South Asian (pakistani) so do either have strong support groups for that?

I apologize for the long post and thank anyone in advance who can share their advice. I am SO confused right now and would really appreciate it.
