UW Autumn 14 chances

<p>Applying for the University of Washington ends in a couple weeks and I was wondering what my chances are for getting in there. Note that I am a senior in high school. Did not do running start. I also live In Washington.</p>

<li>My GPA: 3.4 unweighted</li>
<li>My SAT: 2150</li>
<li>My community service: 50 hours (currently getting more)</li>
<li>First in my generation to attend school</li>
<li>White</li>
<li>Ran cross country and Track all four years</li>
<li>Heavily involved in the Aviation club at my school. I want to be a pilot. I am currently the President of the club</li>
<li>Took 2 AP classes junior year, taking 4 AP classes this year</li>
<li>3 Years of Spanish</li>
</ul>

<p>Please help. I am beyond stressed because I really struggled Sophmore year and the start of Junior year and I'm afraid I won't get into the University of Washington.</p>

<p>Nice SAT score. Your GPA is a tad low, but you being first gen college may make up for some of that. Do a good job on your personal statement, and speak to those struggles in your Soph/Jr years. If you have a compelling story to tell about it, it could work out in your favor.</p>
