waitlisted in state for engineering, Honestly I think its because my school is ranked number 1 in WA with dozens of UW admits every year (grad class of 600) and I was competing against my own classmates

Daughter got denied for CS
My stats aren’t terrific by any means, but was atleast hoping to get accepted into second major even if I wasn’t gonna get accepted into CS

I have a pretty nice scholarship to UMD, which is much closer to home, and pretty good for CS, so I think im still in a decent spot
