UW Madison, University of Illinois, and University of Minnesota

UW Madison is my top choice, and I would be cool with going to UM twin cities. I would maybe go to University of Illinois, but only because its in state. I want to be a chemistry major, and all of these schools are highly ranked for chemistry. However I dont know if I have a good chance of getting into these schools. My ACT composite is a 26. I took it again two days ago, and I hope I did better, but I dont know. My unwieghted GPA is rougly a 3.6, and my weighted one is roughly 3.9. My class rank is top 13 percent. I have taken 8 total honors/AP classes, and I had an increase in GPA from freshman to junior year. I am in 3 honor societies, and I was in marching band every year. I dont have much community service, but I will be doing about 25 hours this year for honor societies. I was in jazz and pep band for a few years. I could have done mathletes because I am good at math, but I was told by many that it wouldnt effect much for college, so I didnt do it. Do I have any chances with this stuff, at any of these schools? I applied to University of Kansas Iowa and Missouri and got into all of them, however I do not want to go to kansas anymore. I also applied to Indiana University, but I am less worried about that school because is less selective then my top 3 choices.
