<p>Im a very torn highschool senior Who got into UW and NYU (lsp)</p>
<p>I plan to go pre-med and was wondering which would be better to get into med school?</p>
<p>ps. any tidbits on UW postgrad opportunities would be helpful.

<p>Both are good schools. UW is widely considered one of the best, if not the best, med school in the country. At least for public schools.</p>
<p>US News ranks UW 9th best medical school for research and 1st for primary care. If you’re planning on going to med school, UW undergrad could be a good opportunity to get to know the school well and make a better decision as to whether you’d like to continue med school there. Not sure if you’re at a disadvantage or advantage when applying though.</p>
