I've gotten into both unis for Aerospace engineering, I was wondering which one ranked higher in terms of the program and university as a whole. I heard that both have really good AE programs, but which would you guys advise i go for?

Were you an AA direct admit?

I can’t say for the other uni, but here’s what my AA friends at UW experience:
-Research opportunities. They find things they enjoy learning and doing and start doing research. The earlier you start, the better (with minimal knowledge, of course).
-Great internship and full time opportunities. Lots of people going to Boeing, NASA, Aerojet, Lockheed… and doing hard core awesome secret things they can’t tell me about. Campus career fairs are great places to get ‘seen.’
-Great professors, close knit community of students and faculty. Haven’t heard complaints about AA in general.

That’s great, and no i was not a direct admit. However, i do plan on applying early action to AA : D

Okay! It may be difficult to get into the program, but as long as you stay on top of things and do well in your classes, you will be competitive to get in. Talk to the advisers early; they can put you in the right track on how to be the best applicant you can be.
