UW vs. Pennstate for Aerospace engineering?

I've gotten into both unis for Aerospace engineering, I was wondering which one ranked higher in terms of the program and university as a whole. I heard that both have really good AE programs, but which would you guys advise i go for?

USNWR ranks PSU tenth in aero; I don’t know where UW is ranked as free access to the rankings does not go lower. PSU does not have the proximity to industry that UW has, but many PSU students coop or get hired at Boeing and the rest. (There is a large and committed alumni network who work in the industry.) A PSU team won the NASA Green Flight Challenge last year. PSU has the only academic team competing in the Google Lunar X Prize. It is also the home of a Rotorcraft Center of Excellence. Classes can be large lectures the first couple of years. Students are not accepted to a particular program until their junior years. There is an enrollment cap for aero (100) so that classes and labs are not overcrowded. If you can visit the school, contact the department to see if there is someone who can take you around to see some of the labs.
