UWisc - Madison vs Purdue vs Maryland vs UMich for Comp Sci

I’m only a Junior so it’s not application time or anything; however, as I’m looking at these colleges over the summer, which one has the strongest computer science program? Along with this, which one offers the strongest program in combination with the best overall college experience?

Also, would a 32 composite ACT (shooting for a 34) give me a decent shot for admission at these schools? (Assume EC’s and Essays are solid but nothing extraordinary).

I’m OOS for all 4 and money isn’t a factor (especially considering they’re all roughly the same price).

You’ll get the same education at all of the schools. There isn’t much that distinguishes vanilla, undergraduate CS degrees.

I can’t tell you which one offers the best overall college experience, though. My impression is Wisconsin and Michigan have the most school spirit of the four.

They are all equally good in CS. But of money is not a concern, I would go for the best university overall, and that would be Michigan, followed closely by Wisconsin.
