Is it worth it to sacrifice and AP class and being valedictorian to be a teacher’s assistant? It would get me an amazing letter of recommendation and allow me to gain experience with my major (Chemistry). I might also be able to develop my extracurricular a bit more because they seem a bit weak at the moment. 
I’ll have taken 7 AP classes by the end of this year and plan to take 6 my senior year unless this teacher aid thing works out. Any advise?
