Vandy Chances please?

Hi all!
Im a current junior and I just went to go visit Vanderbilt a little while ago and I love absolutely everything about it. Here is some info about me. I am just wondering what my chances would be like and where i need to improve.

Intended major: biochemistry
Early decision

Grades: 3.91/4 unweighted 4.72/5 weighted
Classes: 7 ap classes so far including chem,bio, and physics (and will take four more next year)
Sat: reading 670, writing 740, math 720 (composite 2130)
Act:32
Extracurriculars: science honors society
National honors society
Varsity lacrosse
Varsity track
State youth orchestra viola player (section leader)
Interplay volunteer (work with special needs adults to help them learn music)
Young artists of america (section leader)
Best buddies
Work over the summer at a nursery (plant nursery)

Project change

Awards: county strings competition first place winner three times.

Recommendations: I know that my bio teacher loves me because i take care of the greenhouse, and my counselor and I are also pretty close.

I would say you have a good shot at vandy a good essay would maybe see the deal, cornell-reach if you can raise it to a 4.0 you will be fine and northwestern- low match.

You’re entirely competitive for all three EXCELLENT universities. I agree that outstanding essays will probably move you ahead of MANY other applicants, with essentially similar records. If you have a single target school that you clearly prefer and if the financial arrangements are both solid and satisfactory, ED/EA would make your acceptance somewhat more certain.
