As I figured there are 2 different approachs for the Critical Reading section.
[1] Read Read Read. First approach is to read a lot. 5-10 books such Jane A. "Emma" or F.D "Crime and Punishment". This develops good reading skills, speed of reading, and people on this way are making 90% of passage-based questions correct. They don't know all words in section, but guessing fills their unfamiliar words, so they can guess the meaning by context due to good reading skills. But they may mis 2-5 questions in Sentence Complition due to misunderstanding some words.Their progress increases constantly every day.

[2] Word lists.Vocabulary books. People on this way know almost all meaning of the words but they mis 6-10 questions in passege-reading due to misunderstanding meaning or purposes of paragraphs. They depend on hits of words. Their progress isn't constant.
