For ED I they came out at 5, which is in line with the “close of business” thing.

Yeah mine did too! It used to say something like “at this late stage in the admissions process you cannot view your application” or something and now that’s gone.
Yep! Now it says: This is the status page for your 2016 Early Decision II application.
