<p>On the supplement, there is a spot to answer a question somewhere along the lines of "Why Vassar?". There is a word limit if you fill it out on the form but there is also a spot to attach a document. Is it necessary to follow the word limit if you attach a document?</p>
<p>You do not have to conform to the 500 character limit for Vassar’s supplement if you’re attaching a document. However, keep in mind that no admissions officer will want to read a novel. I wish you luck!</p>
