<p>I have NO idea what school to choose! I absolutely love both of them! I'm gay, so people say that there might be a bigger gay population at Vassar but they also say that Middlebury is much better than vassar! I'm also extremely social so I don't want to be in a school that is all about studying and nothing about having fun. Which one should I choose?</p>

<p>If both schools accept you, then visit both (including an overnight stay) and decide which one clicks on a personal level. Middlebury is a little more selective and a little more highly ranked by one magazine. That’s not a good basis to conclude it is clearly “much better” than Vassar for you, although there may be a few academic areas where one or the other is a clear stand-out (like foreign language at Middlebury or maybe art history at Vassar).</p>
