<p>Nobody knows except for the admissions officer about whether you’ll get in but I’ll say you have a decent chance. Is your GPA weighted or unweighted? With 7 IB classes, a 2.64 weighted is very low for VCU. </p>

<p>A 2.64 with many IB classes must mean you have many Cs or lower. I think VCU will be a stretch, but maybe possible.
