<p>I don't know. It looks just like velveeta with the rotel already in it. It's cheaper to buy plain velveeta and a can of rotel, so that's what I do.</p>

<p>I like how some things like Velveeta and American cheese are called "cheese food" on the label, as opposed to "cheese". I've always hated the stuff...it's plasticky and doesn't taste too good normally, tastes absolute awful reheated. I make real macaroni and cheese, it's much nicer.</p>

<p>I think Easy Mac and Velveeta mac and cheese belong in a different category from the other "authentic" mac and cheeses. Both categories are good--sometimes "plasticky" is just what you need and sometimes your refined side needs real cheese.</p>
<p>velveeta is so not in the same category as easy mac. easy mac is...not good at all. have you tried velveeta because it's so much better than this so-called authentic one. it has never tasted plasticky to me, just delicious. haha.</p>
