<p>When you are talking about a club that you liked the best and why...should your explanation be in the present or past tense?</p>

<p>I'm going to be in it next year (12), but for application purposes?</p>

<p>If it is currently your favorite club, and remains to be so, your verbs should be in the present tense. So when you fill out the applications, I’d say present.</p>
