I am expecting great LORs, both teachers love me and I have an A in AP biology which is huge at my school.
I have a LOR from a distinguished professor at a university.

I have a low gpa(3.3 out of 4) but I took the highest course load(bout 14 AP's overall). Im not even top 25...

My ec's are great,
eagle scout,
3 months of medical research with a 3rd place research award at a major competition,
math honors society Mu Alpha Theta
varsity trivia team captain(its fun),

Also working on a personal research project for the YES competition(pretty big).

My essay is pretty good, good story and my english teachers told me that it has a very high level of complexity.

Basically, my gpa does not represent my academic skills at all, my test scores prove all of them wrong. I am at a hard high school and my motivation went down the drain early in high school. I sort of explained this in my essay.

That's not a good excuse and I see nothing you can do to explain it in your essay. What would be acceptable for dips in grades is extenuating circumstances, like immediate deaths in the family or financial crises. If you do have a reason like that, then I apologize for misunderstanding.

I do have an extenuating circumstance...My grandmother had a mental degradation due to diabetes and in the middle of my sophomore year, she went into a vegetative state. She took take of me for the the first 3 years of my life as my parents got settled in the States and was also my rock for motivation. She died on August 28th this year. My whole essay was basically about her and the motivation that she gave me while she was healthy.

How come you took/are taking 14 AP classes and are reporting only one score?
Good scores might enhance your application.
I think you'll be in at Case, but your GPA may cause you trouble at the others... Are you in state for UMich?

In state status doesn't impact chances at UMICH, he shouldn't have much trouble getting in there. I think he'll get into Case as well
